About Ask Muscle

Anthony Thomas is a personal trainer and health coach with over 20 years of experience. After tearing his ACL in high school football, Anthony shifted his attention off the field where he could focus on healing and getting stronger. This is where he found his love for bodybuilding, as he found himself getting stronger and stronger with the right diet, supplements, and workout routine.

After studying physical training he found a love for people and how to help them heal, get strong and fit, and have fun while doing it.

Anthony now spends his time with a few private clients, but mostly online devoting his time and attention to AskMuscle.com where he can share his knowledge with readers around the world.

Aside from workout out, Anthony enjoys a quiet and simple life and the occasional fishing trip with Sam, his German Shepard.
